EXTERIOR: Ivory white color, thin shell, regular surface coated with film protective food and belted in cotton fabric. Cylindrical in shape, with edges rounded, flat surface slightly convex. INTERIOR: Semi-soft, homogeneous white texture. Well connected cut, soft, shiny with few eyes, round, uniform and distributed throughout the paste.
