Damaged Merchandise
Quinta das Arcas is responsible for the delivery of the products in good condition and is available to receive any complaint.

After analysis of the complaint Quinta das Arcas will Grant or not the complaint. In the event that the claim is granted, Quinta das Arcas will give the customer a credit equal to the value of the product, which should be used to purchase any other product available at the store.
Returns
